On behalf of the Rayside Balfour Minor Hockey Association, we would like to extend an
invitation to participate in our Initiation Program Jamboree.

RBMHA hockey house league tournaments are sanctioned by the N.O.H.A. rules and
regulations. The manager will be required to provide HCR approved team rosters and
tournament travelling permits.

Date: February 22, 2020

Entry Deadline: Feb 7th, 2020

Entry Fee: $225.00 per team of 6 to 9 players
(paid via credit card at checkout or send a check)

 The tournament committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application

accepted will receive a letter and returned check.
